Today surprised me. Not only did I give my gift – I actually ended up giving TWO gifts! On my way home from work I spotted another great street show that I offered $20. They were certainly good, and certainly appreciative as one gentleman broke from what he was singing as said “THANKS!” …so that was fun.
After gifting my $20 to the street performers I continued on my way home. I ran for my train but missed it. Bummer. So I had to head to the upper level of Grand Central. As I was walking up the steps I encountered a young lady trying to drag her suitcase down the steps. I pulled my headphones out and asked if I could help. She was very happy I asked, and said “it’s reaaaally heavy”….she was right…Ha! It made me feel even better for having asked to help! What a great way to start the weekend!

I’m not sure if you remember me or not – I graduated with your brother. I just have to tell you how much I enjoy reading your 64 Day Challenge! I look forward to it everyday – its so nice to read something uplifting and positive. We live in Bedford so I’m familiar with alot of the local places you mention as well. And I have to comment on your beautiful family… Laura and Talia are gorgeous! Your a lucky man:)
